The FWF Physical Gift Voucher is a beautifully printed A6 card, designed to give the gift of choice to someone special.

Vouchers do not expire and can be used in store at our Melbourne Showroom, or online at friendswithfrank.com

As a default, we will pre-write the value of the gift and the gift voucher code, leaving the to, from and message fields blank for you to fill in. If you’d like to send the voucher straight to your recipient, please notify our customer care team so we can fill out all the necessary fields on your behalf.

We offer free express shipping on orders over $200 within Australia, easy domestic returns and complimentary size exchanges. You can view our returns policy here.

Express: Free over $200, delivered in 1-5 business days.
Orders under $200 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

New Zealand
Standard: Free over $300, delivered in 6-12 business days.
