SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped next business day, however please note that there may be a delay during launches, sales and other busy periods.

If you have ordered an item on pre-order, any other items ordered in the same transaction will not be shipped until all items are available to ship. Please order separately if you would like in-stock items to be shipped first. 

Australia

We are currently offering free express shipping on all Australian Orders. 

Due to extended lockdowns Australia-wide, many of our delivery partners are experiencing higher than usual demand. Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered. If your delivery is taking longer than expected after allowing for these delays, please lodge a late item enquiry with your corresponding delivery company, or contact our customer care team at hello@friendswithfrank.com.


Pick Up

Please note that during the current lockdown, our Click and Collect pick up hours are limited to 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday.
We offer a Click and Collect option for our Melbourne based customers to pick up their orders from our Richmond Showroom. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up, usually next business day. Our pick up hours are between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday, exluding Public Holidays.  

New Zealand

Friends with Frank is currently offering free express shipping to New Zealand for orders of $300 AUD or above. Orders below $300 will incur a $20 AUD flat rate shipping charge.

For orders of NZ$1000 or less, you don't have to pay anything to Customs, as GST is collected when you purchase your items. There's nothing else that you must do for your items to arrive.

Our shipping partners have indicated increasing parcel volumes and local delays are impacting deliveries to New Zealand at the moment. We continue to ship to New Zealand, though delays should be expected.

Rest of World

Friends with Frank ships to many countries worldwide for a flat rate of AUD $30 per order.

Friends with Frank uses reputable shipping service providers including international partners of Australia Post.

We are unable to ship to the UK at this time.

Pleasse note there are some shipping routes that have been suspended during the Covid-19 pandemic, please proceed to checkout to determine if we are able to ship to your country.

CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

In some jurisdictions, you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers (outside Australia and New Zealand) are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Friends with Frank is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Upon dispatch, all customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes tracking information.

Unfortunately, Friends with Frank cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time-frames. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Some delays with the postal service are out of our control. Friends with Frank cannot be held responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages, once the item has been dispatched and/or marked as delivered and signed for.
