Friends With Frank offers a flat rate of $12.90 for regular shipping within Australia for all orders. Express post-delivery within Australia will be charged an additional $10. You can choose either option at the checkout. We ships worldwide, including to the US, UK, Europe, New Zealand and South Africa. All international shipping is a flat rate of $30.00.All in stock orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being purchased. Please note during busy periods of high demand, delivery times may take an additional day.
WHAT DOES PRE ORDER MEAN?
Pre-order means that the items have an expected delivery time frame. The expected date will be listed on the item on our e-boutique. For items that have sold out; we will endeavour to estimate our best expected delivery time frame.
CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE IF IT ISN'T RIGHT FOR ME?
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Our customers are welcome to return or exchange their purchases if they are not 100% happy with the style, colour or fit. See our returns and exchanges policy for more.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I WOULD BE?
Refer to our sizing guide to assist you in choosing the perfect fit. Please note, if you’re after a fitted look; you should go with your regular size. However, if you’re planning to layer pieces (i.e. knit jumpers, long sleeve tops) under your jacket for the cooler months, we recommend going up a size. WHERE CAN I TRY ON THE FULL AW18 RANGE?
We understand that buying online can sometimes be tricky, especially when there is are a few styles & colours you are trying to decide on. We are excited to share with our customers that for the first time our friends with frank HQ has a showroom where we welcome our customers to make an appointment to try on our full range & purchase from us. Our Showroom is based in Kensington, Melbourne and is open Monday-Friday during office hours. Please note this is available by appointment only. MY NEW FUR GARMENT IS MAULTING A LITTLE, IS THIS NORMAL?
As our fur pieces are handmade from natural fibres, our garments can initially mault a little bit. Maulting can be an unavoidable part of using real fur. We find once they are worn a couple of times the maulting decreases dramatically, as it is usually just noticeable when the jacket is brand new.
DO YOU HAVE A BUY NOW, PAY LATER OPTION?
Yes, we have Zippay and AfterPay available through our e-boutique. Please note, when using Zippay and AfterPay, we do not offer returns on orders made through Zippay. We are separate entities and all sales are final. However, if your product is faulty or has been wrongly described, we will issue a refund, credit or exchange.
