We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is passionate about excellent customer experience to help us launch our new flagship store on Gertrude Street in Fitzroy (Melbourne). This role is full-time.
Using your previous experience in high-end retail you will oversee various aspects of the boutique including team leadership, visual merchandising, boutique presentation, commercial performance, customer acquisition, stock management, and reporting.
We are seeking a confident communicator who can foster strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for ensuring your team represents the label and interacts with customers in accordance with key brand values, including being warm and authentic.
You will also be responsible for managing to sales targets and other KPIs.

Previous retail management experience is essential.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant, commencing on a casual basis, one to two days per week.
We are seeking an individual who will share our commitment to optimising the experience of FWF customers. In order to do so, you will need to have an appreciation for our product, as well as our brand values, including that we are always considered, as well as warm and authentic in our dealings.
Working closely with our Customer Care Coordinator you will provide personalised assistance to shoppers via email, live-chat, and
social media, while actively contributing to the overall improvement of our customer service standards. You will also be involved in inventory and stock management.

Experience with online customer service/eCommerce is not required but will be looked upon favourably.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Stylist for our Richmond Showroom. The role will involve:
- Create memorable styling experiences for Friends with Frank customers in our Richmond showroom.
- Store administration and procedures (e.g. maintain store cleanliness and supplies, opening and closing).
- Assist with order fulfilment, inventory management and online customer service.
- Meet KPIs and assist with sales and customer service reporting.
The role is casual starting ASAP. It will involve two or three shifts per week, each being approximately five hours (so 10-15 hours per week all up). Availability on Saturdays is essential.
The successful applicant will be passionate about premium Australian fashion and be able to speak to and sell product confidently. You will also have a strong desire to deliver superior customer experience, always, and help the business grow through nurturing customer relationships.
You will report to the Showroom Manager.
