2024 HOLIDAY INFORMATION
Our head office and warehouse has now closed for the summer break. Our Fitzroy store remains open for pre-Christmas click & collect.
Online orders will ship intermittently from our Fitzroy store over the holiday period, however we cannot guarantee your order will be shipped until fulfilment officially recommences on Monday 6th January. Happy holidays!
AUSTRALIA
Free standard shipping for orders over $200, delivered in 2-8 business days.
Orders under $200 will incur a flat rate fee of $10 for standard shipping.
You can opt for express shipping at checkout for $15.
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please lodge a late item enquiry with your corresponding delivery company, or contact our customer care team at hello@friendswithfrank.com.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Free pickups are available for most styles at our Richmond Showroom and Fitzroy Store. Please choose this option at checkout and your order will usually be ready for collection within the hour. Your order can be picked up at any time during the store's open hours.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
We offer same-day delivery to most metro-Melbourne suburbs for a flat fee of $30. If you are eligible this option will appear at checkout. Order before 10am for delivery same-day.
NEW ZEALAND
Friends with Frank is currently offering free shipping via Australia Post International Express for orders of $300 AUD or above. Orders below $300 will incur a $20 AUD flat rate shipping charge.
For orders of NZ $1000 or less, you will not have to pay anything to Customs, as GST is collected when you purchase your items. There is nothing else that you must do for your items to arrive.
UNITED STATES
Friends with Frank offers $30 flat rate shipping on all orders via UPS International Express and Australia Post International Express, with duties and taxes included.
CANADA
Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada. From November to December 2024 Friends with Frank is not able to ship to Canada. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team to discuss a direct courier service if you would like to place an order.
REST OF THE WORLD
Friends with Frank ships to many countries worldwide for a flat rate of AUD $30 per order.
Friends with Frank uses reputable shipping service providers including international partners of Australia Post.
We are unable to ship to the UK at this time.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
In some jurisdictions, you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Friends with Frank is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Refused international shipments are subject to a 25% restock fee as well as non-reimbursable shipment fees.

Upon dispatch, all customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes tracking information.
Unfortunately, Friends with Frank cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time-frames. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Some delays with the postal service are out of our control. Friends with Frank cannot be held responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages, once the item has been dispatched and/or marked as delivered and signed for.
