What does Final Sale mean?
Any item marked Final Sale is not eligible to be returned for refund, credit or exchange. Please ensure you check the product’s size guide so that you can have confidence in your purchase.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
If it has been more than a week since your delivery was due, please lodge a late item enquiry with your corresponding delivery company, or contact our customer care team at hello@friendswithfrank.com.
How do I return my order?
If your order is eligible for return according to our returns policy, please visit our returns portal and follow the prompts to organise your return. You will need your order number and the email address associated with the order.
How do I know what size I would be?
Each product has detailed size information available in the product description to assist you in choosing the perfect fit. Generally we recommend going your true size, or if you are in-between sizes – size down. Do you have a buy now, pay later option?
