Returns Policy
HOLIDAY RETURNS INFORMATION
Orders placed between Monday 8th December to Monday 22nd December may be lodged in our returns portal up until Monday 5th of January 2026.
EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND FREE EXCHANGES
We happily accept returns for products in original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed, all tags attached) lodged within 15 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please read our policy below and visit our returns portal.
When lodging your return, you will have the choice to:
- Receive a refund to your original payment method, less a $10 return shipping fee. For Afterpay/Klarna orders, an add'l $30 fee will apply. (Full price + Welcome Discount orders only).
- Receive a Friends with Frank credit note. Friends with Frank will cover the cost of return shipping for Australian customers. This credit will never expire.
- Request a free exchange for the same style in a different size or colour. Friends with Frank will cover the cost of return shipping if within Australia. Please note we cannot guarantee stock availability and are unable to hold items.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (excl. our Welcome Discount) are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- All of the above conditions are waived if an item is deemed faulty or damaged.
IN-STORE RETURNS
We accept in-store returns for orders placed online, and vice-versa. Our Stylists at our Fitzroy, VIC store will happily help you find your perfect size, fit or style.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers purchasing from outside of Australia are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is lodged in our portal, items can be shipped to: Friends with Frank, PO Box 4047, Richmond East, VIC Australia 3121.
