With a strong online presence and growing retail footprint, our flagship stores on Gertrude Street, Fitzroy and High Street, Armadale are at the heart of our brand. We are looking for an experienced Retail Stylist to join our team on a part-time, casual basis.

This role is about more than selling clothes. You'll get to know our regulars, understand what they love and why, and help them build a wardrobe they'll actually wear across seasons. You'll spend your days styling, chatting, and building real relationships in-store, backed by a genuine understanding of our collections and the story behind our brand and each piece.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and nurture authentic relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide thoughtful styling advice while driving sales
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising, with support and direction from Head Office
• Maintain garment presentation and storeroom organisation, staying across stock and inventory needs
• Fulfil online orders from store as required
• Share daily sales results and customer insights from the shop floor back to the Head Office team

What we're looking for:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• 1–2 years' experience in fashion or high-end retail is essential
• Background in styling or clienteling is preferred
• A natural ability to build relationships and read customer needs
• A genuine interest in our collections and the ability to speak to them with confidence

The details:

This is a casual part-time role of approximately 10-12 hours per week, with availability needed for 1–2 lunch cover shifts Monday to Wednesday, plus Saturdays

We are looking for a content editor to join our team on a casual basis. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you will assist with concepting and editing short-form social media content.

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Refined editing style
• Understanding of brand storytelling, pacing, restraint and tone of voice
• Highly proficient across Capcut, Instagram and Tiktok
• Tapped into social media trends and tech updates
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Interest in fashion is preferred

The details:

• This is a casual role of approximately 4 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up or down depending on work load
• Melbourne-based preferred, our head office is based out of Richmond
• Interstate or remote considered for the right candidate
