Photo Diaries: Emma Gott

Founder and director of PR and Creative Agency ‘Emma Gott Creative’, Emma Gott embraces winter in her special corner of the world: Paddington, Sydney. With an appreciation for all things pre-loved, her timeless ethos can be seen in both her choice of interiors and wardrobe.

Composed in and around her contemporary Paddington studio, and reflecting the modern but timeless mood of inner-city Sydney, Emma’s photo-diary centres around her love for winter dressing, admiration for female creatives, and her chic sense of style.

“I am lucky enough to call Friends with Frank my client and manage their PR. It has been a lot of fun working on the Winter ’23 collection - a highlight was a recent event we hosted with Sian Redgrave who cooked the most magical European hotel inspired breakfast for friends of the brand and media.”

“Anyone that knows me knows that I am a lover of the sunshine and can’t beat an ocean dip or day spent by the sea. What they may not know, and it could be something to do with my Tasmanian upbringing, is that I secretly prefer winter dressing. It is now freezing here in the mornings and so I have been thoroughly enjoying wearing everything woolly FWF has to offer.”

“These images are taken at the Emma Gott Creative studio in Paddington where I work from and showcase my clients’ seasonal collections. I love working in Paddington - it’s a lovely little corner of the world.”

“I am also hoping to use the space to host a monthly morning tea to bring together my network of women in business and female creatives. It will be a casual opportunity to chat, share and solve problems, transfer helpful information or even just vent about how hard it can sometimes all be over tea and baked goods. Now I’ve put it out there I better make it happen!”
