AW21 | Julia's Edit

As we head into the coldest months of the year, our winter wardrobe is now well and truly on high rotation. From new season knitwear to our signature outwear, FWF founder and director Julia shares with us the AW21 favourites she’s currently reaching for. Shop Julia’s curated edit of new arrivals below.

THE ALFIE KNIT

“The Alfie alpaca blend Knit is the cosiest piece in our AW21 collection. This knit can be worn true to size, or wear the size up for a more oversized look. It’s my go-to knit for almost every outfit, whether I am wearing it under a coat or tied around my shoulders.”

THE MIMI JACKET

“This is the ultimate everyday jacket, that will work hard for you in your wardrobe — especially because it’s reversible. This light brown colour way is the perfect accompaniment to a tonal winter look, or to break up an all black outfit.”

THE LUCILLE CARDIGAN

“I love wearing the Lucille Cardigan on its own, with lots of gold layered jewellery. The yak-wool blend is so warm and soft on the skin. This wrap-style cardigan is perfectly paired with our Classic Tailored Trousers.”

THE CLEO TOP

“This top can be worn so many different ways, across all seasons. For winter, I love to pair the Cleo Top with our Classic Trousers and Camilla Coat — it works so well for both a day and evening look. For the more transseasonal months, I wear mine with high waisted denim or a silk skirt, and my favourite sandals.”

THE CLASSIC TAILORED TROUSERS

“I love the tailored trousers when I don’t want to wear jeans. I find the ivory colour way looks fresh when paired with our Classic Tee in white or our cream Alfie Knit, for a ‘winter whites’ tonal look. I wear these year-round, regardless of season, because the heavyweight linen is warm in winter and breathable and airy in the warmer months.”

THE LUCY COAT

“To me, the Lucy Coat is the epitome of chic winter dressing. Pair it over a classic white T-shirt and jeans and you instantly feel put together. Tie the buttery soft leather belt at the front and let the textures do all the talking.”
