Wool Coats

Our core collection of coats exclusively works with natural fibres. This includes the Matilda Coat, the Camilla Coat, the Thomas Coat and our Margot Blazer. The natural antibacterial properties of wool and cashmere mean they require less frequent cleaning, and we recommend dry cleaning only when necessary. These special pieces are dry clean only, and we recommend using an organic dry cleaner if possible. Do not wash or spot clean. When not using during the warmer months, we also recommend storing your coat in a garment bag, away from direct heat or sunlight.

Cotton Knitwear

Our cotton knitwear is comfortable and breathable, suited to easy everyday wear. To prolong the life of your Cleo Dress or Top, we recommend hand washing with similar colours using a gentle/wool detergent. Do not bleach, soak or rub. Dry flat in shade and pull gently back into shape. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron if required. Can be dry cleaned if necessary, please check the care label for further instructions.

Organic Cotton

Alongside the environmental benefits of organic cotton, this natural fibre is beautifully breathable, durable, and soft on the skin. They are also low maintenance to care for, machine washable below 30C. Do not bleach or dry clean. Dry flat and iron on low heat.

Faux Fur

Our faux fur pieces such as our Mimi Jacket, Lucy Coat, Harriet Coat and Annabel Jacket are all dry clean only. Do not wash or tumble dry. Be careful of direct heat, as it can destroy the surface of the fabric beyond repair.

Airing out your fur is the most effective way to naturally clean your garment. One of the best things you can do to prolong the life of your fur garment is to avoid getting your garment professionally cleaned. The concern with professionally cleaning fur, is that this will speed up the process of drying out the natural oils in the fur pelts, which will eventually cause the fur material to become brittle and look worn. However, if you must dry clean your garment, we strongly recommend using a fur specialist dry cleaner, specifically one who has cleaned knitted fur garments before. Avoid spraying perfume or chemicals directly on the fur. Store away from sunlight or bright light to avoid fading, discolouration or the drying out of your fur.

Recycled Polyester

Our design philosophy prioritises the use of natural fibres, but working with recycled synthetics sometimes offers superior functionality. Crafted from 100% recycled polyester, our quilted outerwear pieces - the Cecile Jacket and Lillian Coat - are lightweight, durable and water-repellant. These pieces are easy to care for - cold wash by hand and line dry to clean. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

All down parkas are dry cleanable, please follow the care instructions found on the inside label. Specialist dry clean only. Remove detachable fur trims when dry cleaning. Store away from direct light in a cool, dark environment.
